Our Story
Jessica and Alex met at the end of high school and after many late nights (or early mornings) they got closer and soon became best friends. Although many uncertainties lay ahead they made the best decision ever and committed to growing together.
Although they were at two different colleges Jessica and Alex's relationship grew across state lines. Despite late nights and sketchy bus stations, Alex always made time to visit Jessica at IU (for the record, Jessica did make it out to Urbana once).
Over the years they've traveled to different states and countries together enjoying each other's company and trying new foods. No matter how big or small their adventures are the best memories are the ones they made together whether close or far from home.
On a long road trip down from Seattle to Chicago, Alex popped the question high in the sky in the Grand Teton Valley. Of course, with a few tears in her eyes, Jessica said yes and did not lose the ring upon landing.
And now, Alex and Jessica are excited to start this new chapter in their lives! Looking forward to sharing stories of travel, food, and adventures full of love, faith and wonder. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey so far and moving forward!
